The network behind the deals.

A membership for self-employed estate agents. Match your house with a buyer from the network, pass a seller you can't serve to an agent who can, and put your track record where people will find it. It all starts in WhatsApp.

Chase it, pull it in, or pass it on.

Chasing every deal cold is exhausting, and it's most of the job these days. The agents who do well have something else working for them: a name that brings work in. And when a lead isn't theirs to work, they hand it over instead of binning it. We give you all three.

The chase · WhatsApp

Go and get the deal

Tell BrokerBuddy who you're looking for, like you'd text a mate. We watch the whole network and message you the moment a house fits. No trawling, no checking back.

You go looking, deals come back
The pull · Broker Card

Let the deal find you

When someone asks an AI to find a good agent in your area, your Broker Card is what it points to. Your track record does the work of a referral. You don't make a single call.

You stay put, deals come to you
The pass · Out of area

Pass on a seller you can’t serve

A seller with a house in a city you don't cover. Pass them to a member who works that area and take a cut of their selling fee, typically 15%. Agreed before anyone is introduced.

The referral that runs itself.

Most of the good work comes from being recommended, and you can't be in every conversation. Your Broker Card can. It says who you are and what you've actually done, to people you'll never meet.

Proof, not a sales pitch.

Where you work, the prices you handle, and a Buddy Score that only moves when a deal actually completes. No blurb to write, no bio to polish. Just the record you've earned, laid out so someone can trust it in a glance.

It starts in WhatsApp.

You already send voice notes. You already have WhatsApp open all day, so that is where a deal begins, in the words you would use anyway. The web app does the same job at a desk: load buyers and listings, check history, sort the fees. Nothing new to learn on the bit you do twenty times a day.

01

Say who you need

“Got a buyer, up to one-eight, three beds, wants Islington.” Send it as a voice note. BrokerBuddy sorts out the details.

02

It keeps watch

Every house on the network gets checked against your buyer, day and night. The moment one fits, it tells you. You don't lift a finger.

03

Sort the split

You see what you'll earn before you do anything, a clear number, not a maybe. Both agents say yes and it's locked in.

04

Do the deal

You and the other agent carry on in one thread, start to finish. Nothing slips through the cracks, nothing gets argued over later.

The looking happens without you.

There's no list to trawl. Your buyer sits in the background and every house on the network gets checked against them. When one fits, it comes to you. The other agent's record and your cut are already worked out.

All of it, in one place.

BrokerBuddy, right there in WhatsApp

Register a buyer, check where a deal's got to, ask what's matching, just message it, like you'd message anyone else. No new app, no login, no learning curve.

CRM connected when you want it

If your CRM is connected, we match against its live feed and write new records back. If not, register buyers and listings by voice note, or load them into the web app at your desk. The network works either way.

Buddy Score

A track record anyone can see, built only from deals that actually completed.

Broker Card

Who you are and what you've done, in a form that gets you found.

One thread per deal, both of you on it

The agreed fee, the house, where things stand, all in one place, for both agents. The split's locked once you shake on it, so a month down the line there's nothing to fall out over.

You're handing over a client. That's not nothing.

Passing your buyer to another agent takes trust, and trust has to be earned. Here's how we make sure the person on the other end is worth it.

We check everyone

You can't just sign yourself up. We look at every applicant by hand before they're let in. The agent you deal with is a real one who takes the job seriously.

You can see their record

Everyone carries a Buddy Score, and it only counts deals that closed. You know who you're dealing with before you commit a thing.

The split can't shift

You agree the money before anyone's introduced, and it locks from there. Nobody can nudge it later. Nobody can pretend it was different.

Nothing, for now. No catch.

Join before the end of 2026 and you pay nothing until then. After that, it's £19 a month. The sooner you join, the longer you're free.

Come and join us.

Leave your name and WhatsApp number and we'll take it from there. A real person reads every application, and we won't leave you hanging.

The usual questions.

No. It starts in WhatsApp, which you've already got open. There's a web dashboard for the heavier stuff, setting your fees or digging back through a deal, but you can go weeks without opening it.
The agent with the house sets it, usually 1% of the sale price, and you see it as a pound figure before you agree to anything. You never see what they're charging their own client.
Self-employed estate agents in the UK, for now. We read every application ourselves. Nobody signs themselves up.
Nothing until the end of 2026, then £19 a month. No reduced rate that quietly climbs later.
