Voice note in. Deal out.
Nothing new to learn on the bit you do all day. You tell us what you have the way you would tell a colleague, in WhatsApp, and we do the finding, the matching and the paperwork around the split. The web app is there for the heavier work.
Four steps, start to finish.
Tell us what you have, in your own words
A voice note on the way out of a viewing is enough. A buyer with a budget and a patch, a house you have just taken on, or a lead that is not yours to work. No forms, no fields, no data entry.
We match it across the network
We read it, check it against every member's live stock and buyer book, and come back with the fits. If your CRM is connected, we match against it live rather than a stale copy.
You see the fee before you commit
Every match arrives with the split on it, as a percentage and a pound figure. The other agent's instruction fee stays private. You only ever see your own number, and you decide.
You get introduced and you close
Say yes and we put the two of you together with the context already shared. From there it is your deal, run how you run deals. The terms stay logged for both sides.
Chase, pull, pass.
Most networks only do one of these. A deal can start from any side, so we built all three.
You have the buyer. We find who has the house, wherever it is sat.
You have the house. We find the agent whose buyer has been waiting for it.
You have a lead you cannot work. Hand it to a member who can and take an agreed cut of their fee.
What about my CRM?
Who sees my clients?
Nobody, until you say so. Other members see that a match exists and the terms on offer, not your client's details. No introduction happens without your yes.
Come and join us.
Leave your name and WhatsApp number and we'll take it from there. A real person reads every application, and we won't leave you hanging.
