Your Home Circle is free, always. You only pay if you want to reach into the wider network through Platform Circles and the fuller toolkit. There is 80% off the paid plan for the first 1,000 agents who sign up, with the discount stepping down to the standard £49 a month over time.
No. The co-broke or referral split is between you and the other agent, and we don't touch it.
No. It's monthly once paid membership starts, and you can leave whenever you like.
The free Home Circle gives you matching, dealing, BrokerBuddy, your Broker Card and your Buddy Score inside your own circle. The paid plan adds Platform Circles, where you can match and split fees with agents from different brands, plus proven coverage, richer matching, proactive nudges and performance analytics.
A solo agent joining on their own goes straight into Platform Circles, because the wider network is their home. That means paid membership from the start, but you get the founder discount if you join early.

No. If you've got one, we plug in and your buyers and listings stay live. If you haven't, add records with a voice note, a message, or in the web app at your desk. The network works either way.
