Buyer referrals, right there in Loop.

You've got a buyer who's ready to move, and somewhere in the eXp network another agent has the house they've been looking for. Bring the two together, agree your share of the fee, and none of it takes you out of your Loop account.

You already have the group chat.
A circle does the rest of the job.

Most of us have a few WhatsApp groups with agents we'd actually work with, and they hold up for about a morning. The listing scrolls away, nobody remembers what the fee was, and the introduction ends up buried in someone's replies. A circle is those same people, except the property, the offer and the introduction are all kept somewhere you can find them again.

Goes in the circle

  • The listing, with photos and the fee you're offering
  • Which circle it went to, and when it went out
  • Introductions you've agreed, and the date

Stays with you

  • Seller phone and email, which never go into the circle
  • Your buyer's name and contact details
  • Anything you haven't chosen to put in

Circles are yours to run

Set one up for the area you actually work, or for the handful of agents you'd take a call from at nine on a Sunday night, then send a listing into one of them or several. Nobody outside sees it unless you put it there.

Your agency is opted in when it connects, and you can opt out from the BrokerBroker settings in Loop whenever you like. It warns you first, because your properties come out of the circle with you.

Only agents who are linked and verified see BrokerBroker in their Loop account, so a circle stays a circle of people you know.

Two sides of the same referral.

Whichever half you've got, the work is the same either way. You find the other half, agree the split between you, and make the introduction.

You've got the house

  1. 01

Open the listing in Loop and send it to a circle.

  2. 02

Say what you'll give the agent bringing the buyer, as a percentage of your fee shown against the marketing price.

  3. 03

Publish it, and the listing carries a chip so you always know where it went. You can pull it or change the split whenever you like.

You've got the buyer

  1. 01

Network listings show in your Loop lobby and in the BrokerBroker panel.

  2. 02

Open one and you've got the photos, the price, what's on offer and who's listing it.

  3. 03

Say you have a buyer, pick your applicant and make the introduction. You both see it in Introductions, with the date.

  • Seller phone and email are never shared to the circle.
  • Your buyer's name and contact details stay with you.
  • Both agents see the introduction, with the date.

One referral, from the listing
to the money in your account.

Isla has 15 Hilltop Drive on at £860,000 with a 1.3% fee, and she offers 30% of it to whichever agent brings the buyer. Tom has an applicant who's been after exactly that kind of house for months, so he sees it come into his circle in Loop, makes the introduction, and the sale goes through.

  1. Asking price£860,000
  2. Isla's fee at 1.3%£11,180
  3. Share offered30%
  4. Tom's share on completion£3,354

An example to show how the sums work. The real figures depend on the agreed split and the price the property actually sells for.

The fee is there before
the introduction.

You can see who's listing it, which of your applicants might fit, and what your share would come to, all of it sitting in front of you instead of buried in a string of messages.

The split is agreed between the two agents, and BrokerBroker doesn't take a cut of it.

Shown here: an example buyer-finder fee. Actual fees depend on the agreement and completed sale.

Buyer referral detail · development preview

Buyer referrals first,
and we build on top of that.

We're building this with Loop Software, who are eXp UK's CRM provider, so Broker Buddy is still part of the service while you get to run the whole thing through Loop.

  1. 01At launch

    Buyer referrals

Your buyer needs something you haven't got and another eXp agent has it, so you make the introduction through Loop and agree your share of the fee.

  2. 02Coming next

    Seller referrals

A seller outside your patch doesn't have to be a dead end, because you can refer them to an agent who works that area and agree a referral fee with them.

  3. 03To follow

    MLS & listing sharing

A shared pool of listings across the network, which means more stock for your buyers and more buyers for the instructions you've already got.

Seller referrals and MLS are planned stages, not features available at launch.

Your eXp circle is free.
The wider network is there when you want it.

If you want to work with agents beyond eXp through Platform Circles, that is the paid plan, with 80% off the paid plan for the first 1,000 agents who sign up. You keep your membership even if you leave eXp.

Who holds what, and what happens
if a referral goes wrong.

Your records
Your listings and applicants stay in Loop, and BrokerBroker only sees what you send to a circle. Seller contact details never leave your account, and your buyer's details are only shared once you agree the introduction.
The agreement
The split, the agents and the date are all recorded when the introduction is made, so both of you are working from the same record instead of a screenshot of a WhatsApp message.
If there's a dispute
The introduction record is the starting point, and it's dated and visible to both agents. The fee itself is agreed and paid between you and the other agent under your usual terms, and BrokerBroker doesn't take a cut of it.

We're building this in the open,
so tell us what's missing.

You'll be using it before we've worked out everything it should do, which is rather the point. Post what you want next, back the things someone else has already asked for, and we work down that list instead of a roadmap we wrote on our own.

What agents have asked for

Loading the board.

    What should we build next?

One thing, in your words. If you want it, someone else in the network does too, so keep it short enough that they'll read it.

Your email only checks you're with eXp and never appears on the board, which is public, so leave seller and buyer details out of it.

A few things you'll want to know.

Yes. It switches on in Loop for every eXp UK agent on 1 November 2026, and it's built, alongside Loop Software, who are eXp UK's CRM provider.
A named group of agents you've agreed to work with. The same people who are already in your WhatsApp groups, but with the listings, the fee on offer and the introductions kept somewhere they can be found instead of scrolling away.
No. You can run your buyer referrals through your Loop account, so there's no need to move your working day into another app.
Broker Buddy is still part of the service, but for eXp UK the main place to work is Loop, and WhatsApp isn't a requirement for running your referrals.
Only the agents in the circle you send it to. Seller phone and email are never shared to the circle, and neither are your buyer's name or contact details. Contact details appear once an introduction is agreed.
Your agency gets connected once, and after that any agent who's linked and verified sees BrokerBroker in their Loop account. Anyone who isn't verified yet simply doesn't see it until they are.
You're opted in when your agency connects, and you can opt out from the BrokerBroker settings in Loop. It warns you first, because your properties come out of the circle.
Buyer referrals come first, with seller referrals as the next stage and the full MLS and listing sharing to follow. Those later stages aren't launch features, and no release dates have been set out here.
The split is between you and the other agent, and it's worth agreeing before the introduction. BrokerBroker doesn't take a cut, and the figures on this page are examples rather than a fixed fee schedule.
No. BrokerBroker comes with your Loop membership, so every eXp UK agent already has access. Your eXp UK circle is your Home Circle, and it's free for as long as you are a member. It switches on on 1 November 2026, and once your agency is connected and you're verified it appears in your Loop account.
Your Home Circle stays free, always. If you want to work with agents beyond eXp through Platform Circles, that is the paid step, with 80% off the paid plan for the first 1,000 agents who sign up.
No. The same membership model applies. Your eXp UK circle is free, and the wider network is paid at the same rates as everyone else.
Yes. Platform Circles are there whenever you want to go beyond eXp, and that is the paid plan. You keep your eXp membership even if you leave eXp.
There's a board further down this page where you can post a suggestion with your eXp email address and back the ones you want to see, and we work down the list from there.

It's in your Loop account from 1 November 2026.

You don't have to apply for anything. Have a look in the sidebar once it switches on, and in the meantime send this page to the agents you'd want in your first circle.

Send it to a WhatsApp group
